All pieces are available to buy and will be blind auctioned with 100% of the money going towards our chosen charities, Off the Record & Bristol Mind.
We all have mental health. Like with our physical fitness this varies from person to person and how we cope with the balance of good and bad is super important. Just like maintaining a healthy diet we should look to keep a healthy mind. Reflection takes you on a path to reflect on not only art but your surroundings and yourself. If you are struggling with mental health yourself, we have partnered with OTR & Mind Bristol who are here to start your journey to finding a better peace of mind.
